The Track

Cork meetings move with the ground. A hard track is still spoken of as something that may or may not be ready; the IHRA card has already said that if Cork’s hard track is not up, Champion Stakes races go to Annaghmore. Grass ovals at Lyre and the Cornfield Oval at Manch have carried summer cards. Harbour View is the beach. Dunmanway takes Ballabuidhe in early August.
